At Further Peak LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every automotive product you purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free online return process to make your experience as convenient as possible.

Return Policy Overview:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Return Process: Follow these steps to initiate a return:

    1. Contact our customer service team at returns@furtherpeak.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    2. Carefully package the item(s) along with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
    3. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees, if applicable.

  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
